Here's a List of Arches Specific rules:

Headbands:

White- Out Of Game     Yellow- invisible

Blue- Spirit                   Purple- computer generated ie hologram

                  Green- Flying

Testing bags: We Hope to have physical representation of everything you can do, but when we don't a testing bag will be used, to use a testing bag: Testing bags are used with your Skills. To set up your testing bag the list is as follows:

level 1 bag contains 1 white 1clear 5 black 1 red

Level 2 bag 1white, 2 clear, 4 black, 1 red

Level 3 bag 1white, 3 clear, 3 black, 1 red

Level 4 bag 1white, 4 clear, 2 black, 1 red

level 5 bag 1 white, 5 clear, 1 black, 1 red

level 6 bag 1 white, 6 clear, 0 black, 1 red

The White gem is for a critical success, the clear is regular success, black is fail, and red is critical failure.

An example of how to use a testing bag could be making a cure for a sickness, the testing card states that "You need a level 3 skill in science also you need a sample of the an infected persons blood as well as a lab  will take  30 minutes for the cure to be produced." you have the blood and lab as well as the necessary skill level, you have a level 4 in science so you set the bag for that and after 30 minutes pull , if successful open the envelope for what happens , if unsuccessful check the card for what happens.

Most challenges allow you to have a partner help you, they must also meet the requirements of the challenge , Both Testers must participate in the challenge, If one Tester stops he/she can't make the pull. One Tester will be designated the Main tester and have to do the challenge, after the pull if the outcome was negative then the partner gets to make a pull. If the first pull was a critical Failure then the test is over unless stated otherwise on the card.

Your Pull is made after the time requirements have been met.

Flying

There are many ways in which a character may obtain the power of flight. A Green Headband is needed,  when taking off you must say flying one, flying two , flying three, flying four and flying five, at the end of this you are considered to be airborne, if you are interrupted by getting hit with a weapon or someone touching your shoulder, you are considered to have been stopped.  Once in the air you can't interact with items and people on the ground, except in the case of ranged weapons. ranged weapons such as guns can be used to shoot at you, and vice versa. If there is another person flying then they may effect you with melee attacks, or you may exchange items and words with one another, if an item is dropped it is considered to have fallen to earth and  unobtainable unless your descend. To descend you say descending one descending, two descending, three descending four, descending five.

Bullets

Many Characters Will use guns in the arches universe. To make things balanced we will give you a ammo card that sates how many bullets you have. you can bring as many bullets to game as you wish, but you can only fire as many as you have in game with the ammo cards. so example would be you have 4 physical bullets . and a card that says you have 10 ammo. therefore you can fire those 4 you physically have, and can pick them back up and fire 6 more rounds.

For safety we will be using standard Nerf darts, with a rounded tip, no suction cups.

Religion: Since game takes place in our world  all religions are viable. They are all correct, as well as incorrect.  If you character follows a certain religion then there may benefits as well as consequences for that decision, Also there may be stories specifically for certain religions. Some religions that are available are, Catholic, Judaism, Buddhism Hindu, Islam, Roman pantheon , Greek pantheon, Norse pantheon, Satanism, Pagan, Mayan pantheon, Aztec pantheon. Egyptian pantheon old ones and there are others yet to be found

Language: You may encounter many different languages on your adventures through arches, you may start out with up to two known languages, and more may be learned during game, Because many people back stories are different it may be possible that your character knows more than 2 languages and this will be at the gms approval.

Reputation/Faction Points: Many People, Many countries, Many factions, your character will interact with many factions and reputation is how we keep track of who you've crossed paths with and gained favor with that faction or you've wronged. You may have faction points before you start game dependent on your back story. having good faction will result in better opportunities for your character such as trade and negotiations, while infamous reputation can result in a bounty or hit upon your head. Some factions include United states government, Different Churches, United nations, Different Countries, The Guild, and many more.
